Here Comes The Sun

Mine is a wonderfully fortunate life of which you are a most significant part. I have never known hunger or been without clothing or shelter. My skin is white, my gender male, and I'm an American citizen by birth who is very prone to taking all of this for granted. This unfortunately does not mean, however, that I have never experienced darkness. I have. We all have experienced the darkness, and that is how our souls become a universal aspect of human life.

"In the beginning there was the divine word and wisdom. The divine word and wisdom was there with God, and it was what God was. Everything came to be by means of it; nothing that exists came to be without its agency. In it was life, and this life was the light of humanity. Light was shining in the darkness, and darkness did not master it." - John 1:1-5 (SV)

This is our third Ash Wednesday of the COVID-19 pandemic. Russia has invaded Ukraine. The spiritual darkness is ever-present and needs desperately needs to be understood as the universal dynamic of what created you and me.   It is our choice to follow the light of Truth as it reveals to us the way ahead.
